Resources Management (HRM) for EAP Professionals
This course is all about understanding your
customer. Human Resource Managers are key
purchasers and co-ordinators of EAPs and EAP
professionals can gain a competitive advantage
by understanding this distinctive professional
group. HRM practices also play an important role
in almost every aspect of an organisation's
activities and often cross the roles of the EAP
and Work-life consultancy.
This short-course provides a good introductory
grounding in the key areas of human resource

Workplace Mediation
Training for EAP Professionals This
six-day course is only open to HR Professionals
(CIPD Diploma or equivalent), qualified welfare
officers, EAP Counsellors, CEAPs, or those who
hold another relevant qualification in
psychology, HR, counselling or conflict studies.
Participants must also have a minimum of three
years experience in a professional role (HR,
EAP, etc).
